Ever wonder how the Revolutionary War soldier fed himself? What types of foods did he eat and how did he make them? Foodways' historian Stacy Booth will demonstrate several ways the Continental Army soldier would feed themselves with their daily rations and how that diet changed over the course of the Revolutionary War. This demonstration is free to attend part of our 250th celebration programming. Stacy Booth is a foodways historian with almost 20 years of experience reenacting and presenting to the public. She specializes in 17th and 18th century New England foodways presentations and cooking demonstrations.
