The Delaware County America 250 Commission has established Finance, Marketing & Communications, Development & Fundraising, and Programs Committees to support oversight of the county-wide Delco Semiquincentennial Plan, help implement key strategies, and lend professional recommendations to the Commission.

In addition, since 2020,  there are local community-based or theme-based working groups/sub-committees composed of enthusiastic community members who live or work in Delaware County.

The work of the Committees is to organize collaborative events, projects, and partnerships to celebrate America’s 250th birthday in 2026. Committees form as projects evolve on an as needed basis.

The Committees are how the diverse population throughout Delaware County's 49 municipalities, organizations, schools, libraries, and businesses can participate and be recognized for their important contributions to this national milestone.

These are the People, making this Party for The People happen and we are eternally grateful for their dedication and enthusiasm!
