Description

March 1 marks the annual Feast of St. David of Wales, the church’s patron saint. A 9:15 a.m. worship service will be held in the large Chapel building and will feature readings and musical elements connected to the saint. Following worship, hospitality with additional celebratory elements will take place, after which guests are invited to continue across the street to the Church, the small historic building, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the opening of the self-guided Churchyard tour at approximately 10:30 a.m. The Churchyard includes the graves of several Revolutionary War soldiers, as well as Major General Anthony Wayne. The event is free and open to all, with no registration required. The Churchyard tour will then remain permanently open to the public.
