As we celebrate America's 250th, join local historian Jim Segrave-Daly for a closer look at two Founding Fathers with deep local ties, Aaron Burr and Richard Henry Lee. From Burr's distinguished Revolutionary War service and rise to the vice-presidency to Lee's landmark Resolution of June 7, 1776 that set the country on the path to independence, both men played vital roles in shaping the new nation. This is the second in a series of three lectures hosted at The Finley House, presented in partnership with Radnor Historical Society. Homemade ice cream, ginger cookies, and lemonade will be served.
