As we approach the America250 celebration, our planned investments serve as a functional tribute to the history that shaped our nation: The Path to Independence: In 1776, this pike was the critical path for delegates like John Morton and Caesar Rodney as they traveled to Philadelphia to sign the Declaration of Independence.
